Tips & Tricks: Clean up the top half of the map as much as possible before bribing the research scientists. Get the extra credits from the crash in the far North East of the bottom half of the map. I captured the top map VTS and built a Liberator to keep the constantly spawning enemy raiders from capturing anything else. Then built a Cyclops to knock out the enemy power. That brought down the towers in the bottom half of the map. I hurried to get my raiders to the North East of the bottom half and captured the warehouse there for the money to build the Liberator and Cyclops. Save a couple raiders to take over an HRC and an R&DC so that you can build enough raiders to capture all the warehouses. Speed is an issue as the enemy will be mining and building away your 20,000.
